High School Summer Program

Graduation Years: 2018, 2019, 2020 & 2021

Dates: June 4, 2017 - July 23, 2017 (Dependent on graduation year and team) 

Locations: Darien High School, Greenwich High School, Fairfield Ludlowe High School, SoNo Fieldhouse & Saugatuck Elementary School (PJ Romano)

  • 3 day pre-season minicamp  consisting of 6 hours of programming focued on a combination of speed, cardio, and skills training designed for maximum preparation. Our minicamps will be coordinated and supported by CT Chargers coaches as well as current/former college players during the week immediately following your respective CONNY springs seasons. Our staff is comprised almost entirely of professional educators and certified coaches.  Understanding the importance of surrounding our athletes with quality coaching throughout the calendar year translates to immediate success on the field.
  • 10 weekly team practices on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:00 PM - 6:30 PM or 6:30 PM - 8:00 PM at Darien High School, Greenwich High School, Fairfield Ludlowe High School , SoNo Fieldhouse or Saugatuck Elementary School (PJ Romano). Practices will cover team concepts as well as position specific instruction. This unique offering is geared toward drilling both basic and advanced fundamentals to each player’s specific position. Participants will be instructed on and gain exposure to high-level positional and specialized concepts designed to compete in elite level playing atmospheres.  Team practicing also develops consistency and reinforces chemistry and peer bonding.  Instruction catered to both individualized and group concepts fosters more developed and complete players.
  • College Recruiting Night comprehensive seminar for Chargers program players and families. The College Recruiting Night is a comprehensive seminar for Chargers program players and families. This forum will educate participants on the ever changing lacrosse recruiting landscape while giving players and parents the opportunity to learn how to navigate through the college recruitment process.  
  • 4-5 level appropriate tournaments starting the weekend of June 17, 2017 and running through the weekend of July 23, 2017. While the program tuition accounts for uniforms (custom sublimated jersey, shorts, shooting shirt, helmet decals), coaches, field rentals, team supplies, medical kits, insurance, and administration costs, there will be additional fees to participate in each summer tournament. Each fee varies depending on the tournament.  Some tournaments charge on a per-player basis, while others require an overall team fee. In general, tournaments range from $155 - $275 per player. Please check the High School Tournaments page for actual events and dates!
